Yes, I did some experimenting with that too.

I tried voting twice the first time I was there. It went through the
process, but didn't increment the count.

I have now gone in and revoted on another computer. That counted. Those with
access to two or more computers may want to take note. <g>

When you first enter the site, a cookie is created. When you vote, two more
are created. Deleting all three doesn't seem to affect the outcome, so I
don't have it cracked yet. For anyone who wants to experiment (assuming
Windows 95, 98 or Me), the cookies are in c:\\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet
Files. If you click twice on the Last Accessed column, you'll put the newest
ones at the top of the list
