I saw a website that seemed to be about US exporters
information (sorry, can't remember URL) about 2 years
ago that listed Liberia as "Imperial, with Metric
underway." Unfortunately the country may be difficult
to check up on since there's a civil war going on.
Also, on the Myanmar website (www.myanmar.com),
although lots of imperial is used (including, on the
"New Roads" page, furlongs!!!!!!!) but it's
interesting to note that for anything that was
foreign-built (e.g. China), the specifications are
metric. This is an illustration of how small countries
like this are unable to keep the metric system out (I
don't understand why they're still trying to be
honest.)

Han: In your (very funny) Metric Spoof article, my
favourite bit was when he said that the evil metric
system was spread around the world by communism!
Brilliant! Also "Just try dividing a kilometer by
5820!"
