I *always* make it a point to stop in at my Congressguy's (US House -
Mark Green) local office whenever I have an opinion to register,
although I did give up on our two Senators (Feingold, Kohl) several
years ago. In fact, if I ever find myself in the DC metro area, I have
a standing 'personal' order that makes it a top priority to stop in at
his office at Capitol Hill. I also try to make it to local gatherings
where he is present and say "Hello".
The resonses I get back, even though some do contain stock 'phrases',
are ALWAYS much more 'personalized' to my subject matter.
