In it you said that Andy was correct but I am not clear which of his arguments you were refering to. Do you mean that Andy was correct in saying that the US Constitution DOES give Congress the authority to mandate the use of metric? (I agree with that one, too.) Or do you mean that Andy was correct in saying that Jim Elwell should be kicked off the USMA advisory council because of his belief that the Constitution DOES NOT give Congress that authority, or that the USMA is an ineffective organization because jim Elwell is a member? (I don't agree with those.) Or do you mean that Andy was correct in calling Jim Elwell derogatory names like "nuthead" and berating his particiation on this list because he believes that the Constitution DOES NOT give Congress that authority?
