I have heard no one else on this list agree that it is either
unconstitutional or undesirable for Congress to pass legislation mandating
metric.
Eddie Lechat now asks the same question: "Do we agree with Elwell?" The
answer has been "no" every time the question has been asked. I'm having
difficulty understanding why my friend Andy Johnson, and now Eddie Lechat,
keeps asking the question as if they do not believe us when we answer it.
