Sounds like a centimeter/millimeter mixup by the manufacturer.
Don't want to start anything (just a suggestion) but that's why I ALWAYS use
millimeters on that scale of dimension. Viewing 100 mm as the base unit
"hand", I see a 75 x 130 mm notepad as "a little less than a hand" in one
direction, and "a little more than a hand" in the other. A tiny fraction of
a "hand" (7.5 mm) stands out like a sore thumb.
