Welcome aboard.
On the issue of test scores, I believe that the answer would be for the US to adopt
decimal grading systems for evaluation of students. I strongly believe it would be
about time you guys abandon this mediocre 4-alpha scale that has been plaguing North
America.
This would certainly help get people more comfortable with decimal concepts, which
make a lot more sense than some silly 800-point GMAT scale/ 1500-SAT point scores and
a host of other nonsense (Gee, where do these people come with so many
incomprehensible, irrelevant types of scores???... :-S).
KISS should be high in the minds of educators across this country, I'd say...
