seem to conflict with the conclusions obtain in the article which Chris
provided us the link to.  It seems there is no mounting of anything except
maybe apathy among those asked.

Won't Vivian really look more the fool when he blows a 100 000 � plus on any
appeal and still loses.  Some people just don't know when to give up.  I'm
sure the appeals court will be more than happy to take his money.... I mean
hear his case.
