Just heard that an Enfamil product is being recalled due to errors in the Spanish directions for mixing up batches of the powdered formula. The error could cause dire medical problems and even death, it was said. I wonder if there was a metric/non-metric conversion error involved here in the directions provided by the American manufacturer. I'll be watching for details.
