You have the message I sent them at the bottom of their reply. All I did was to write them on their web-site. I lived in Oakville but at the time I did not care much about the metric cause, considering Canada metric and these things appeared to me as "burps". In a recent trip to Oakville the now sensibilized Adrian noticed the nonsense and figured that the licenced Ontario driver is not required to know ifp. Since I am still an ON licenced driver I felt entitled to write the complaint. It ultimately depends on the heads of the bussiness. If they do have heads they would respond positively, if not you get the Scotia Bank reply. I do beleive though that a further complaint to local authorities like the PD or the Municipality will receive a positive response. As a Canadian driver you are not required to know ifp and I assume they have to get permits in order to have a driveway for their driving customers, therefore thay have to comply with Canadian driving regulations.
