Some observations 
* If we can use terms like teradollars or gigadollars,
 then we can use gigatons and megatons as well to
indicate the output of coal, oil, natural gas, etc 
 instead of billion and million tons. Similarly the
output of goods & services can be measured as
megacars,  gigatickets, teraliters etc. 

* We should look for a Saudi Prince who is educated in
 science / engineering in Europe and not in US, so
that he will use 100 % SI (an American educated will
mix up both). 

* I don?t think an Arab will spend money for 
metricating the US which is much more richer than
Saudi Arabia. So we have to get some Hollywood artists
who can throw G$ for our cause.
