I agree with you, Han. This is utterly unsatisfactory. Please tell this idiot that first of all the *DEFAULT* should be metric, *regardless*! Putting (actually this looks more like hiding!...) something under some obscure "personalize" option will certainly not help international travelers since they would have to guess or know how to use their "system" or menus, which is evidently not obvious at all by your description. Therefore, please go after them again, Han (for the first time!... ;-) ). PS: By the way, based on their response in very poor grammar it seems these guys are indeed non-English speaking!
