I agree! That can be a significant marker. What will make it even more 
effective is a good publicity campaign, once the amendent has been 
signed into law. The UPLR revision went unnoticed by almost every 
person on the street. Let's not let that happen with the FPLA 
ammendment when that comes to pass. Let's let people know that this is 
a means of adapting to the global economy and that outside the US that 
economy is virtually all SI. Hopefully that will make the next step 
easier.
