We bought a Bocce ball set a while back, but finally got around to
playing it last evening. I note gladly that the eight (8) throwing
balls are official size, 110 mm, and the one pallino (jack ball) is
official size as well, 60 mm. They give the sizes without spaces
between the numbers and units, but no inch equivalents at all! They
must not think the consumer needs a crutch!
If I remember correctly when we bought the set, there were other Bocce
sets that had smaller balls that were not official sizes, but were also
given in millimeter sizes only!
