Without wanting to "toot my own horn" I also did the same on my side, but in Portuguese. I wrote them to tell them I felt offended about them shoving down our throats such mediocrity (evidently I didn't use these exact words, I was quite polite and restrained). This guy, Noel, indicated to me that they were "experiencing technical problems", but that they would be working on it in the next "few weeks".
