Nuts. I deleted the USMA from the "Reply to all" address list instead of
Bill and/or Barbara. Those darned 50-50 chances sure are hard to beat.

I had no trouble opening that pdf file in Netscape 4.77 (linux). The
display description reads:
   Maximum Size of Project at the Intel ISEF
   30 inches (76 centimeters) deep
   48 inches (122 centimeters) wide
   108 inches (274 centimeters) high including table
A note states that at the Intel ISEF, the tables will not exceed a
height of "36 inches (91 centimeters)".

I could not cut and paste from the document as displayed by my Acrobat
plug-in; only garbage resulted. Nor did I try to download it and read it
locally.
