I suspect what you really meant was "... their reluctance TO use metric
measurements."
If they had a reluctance NOT to use them, they'd already be on our side.
By the way, for Windows users, I just installed Windows XP Professional.
It's a vast improvement over 98 and Me. However, I suspect that existing
Windows 2000 users are quite happy with that.
