About 4 days ago I went once again to the Maporama site and loaded some itineraries in Dutch and French. The defaults make me retch as they remain in yards and miles. Another thing that shows their mentality: this European website uses the MM-DD-YYYY notation for dates. Probably the same kind of wretched accommodation and they may suffer under the delusion that MM-DD-YYYY is the global standard. ISO 8601? What is that? My patience is running out. Soon I will send e-mails to the CEO and other relevant people there, bypassing the webmaster with his 'technical problems'. Strange that they had no such problems when they accommodated ifp goons! La mesure est comble! This means "The measure is full": enough is enough! Maporama is also publishing travel books. I would really like to find out whether they are of the same ilk as their website.
