Since mustard is a seed and not powdered, it should be
sold by weight (in grams),  how come it is sold in
volume (ml).  If this can be sold in volume, then why
not sugar and salt, which are in powder form and can
occupy the whole jar/bottle if we put in it be sold in
volume.
