If euro is to be used as a 2nd currency in UK, then it
should be pegged to pound at a fixed rate.

Otherwise the rate has to be calculated on everyday's
value.

Only other easy way is to introduce a new calculator
with a euro and pound button with a feature to store
the everyday's exchange rate.
