Most of Eastern Canada is in Atlantic Standard Time (UTC-5).
With the exception of Newfoundland which is (UTC - 4.5)

I'm not sure ... when daylight saving time is not in effect:

Pacific Time = UTC - 8
Mountain Time = UTC - 7
Central Time = UTC - 6
Eastern Time = UTC - 5
Atlantic Time = UTC - 4
Newfie Time = UTC - 3.5
St-Pierre et Miquelon (and Greenland) time = UTC - 3
