Correction.  AST is UTC-4.  I have no information about the time zone of
St. Pierre et Miquelon, but Newfoundland Standard T�me is UTC-3.5.  CBC
programs are always shown in Newfoundland at 30 minutes later clock time
than in the rest of Canada.
