In my message you sent back to me, the euro symbol comes all right !
On the (French) keyboard of my Mac there is a key bearing three symbols :
$ (dollar) : simply pressing it
� (euro) : pressing alt + the key
* (asterisk) : pressing shift + the key.
I use Eudora 5.1 with quoted-printable MIME encoding. I can't do better !
Possibly the computer science is not able to solve the problem and we will have to
accept it. Or does that mean that only Europeans have the right to use the euro symbol
?
