Subject: [USMA:17504] Drivers Licenses

Markus Kuhn is quoted as asserting that ... "The recent new development is
that all states together are about to publish via the AAMVA a new
standard for a uniform format of drivers licenses across the US."...

If a uniform drivers license standard were to become a reality, it should,
of course, require the statements of body measurements in SI.

In particular, body height should be expressed in meters (or centimeters)
and body mass in kilograms.

Where did Markus Kuhn get his information?

Gene Mechtly.
