Ettore Diana, a Verona barman, will try to make the Guinness Book of World Records tomorrow by pouring the world's largest cappuccino within seven hours. Italy's most famous coffee drink will be served in a giant cup made of Fiberglas. It will also be accompanied by an oversized saucer and spoon. The cup is estimated to hold about 20,000 cappuccinos, a total of about 1,500 liters of milk and coffee. The current cappuccino record of 1,100 liters is held by an American. Mr. Diana, already in the record books for making the world's largest cocktail and cup of tea, will be aided by members of the Down's Syndrome Parent-Child Organization. On-site volunteers will collect donations and pass out brochures. The cost of the cappuccino: 15,493.71 euros. Mamma Mia!
