I'm glad to hear this. Some on the list think we are making no progress at 
all, and that mystifies me.

I know this is going over old ground, but apparently I am a bit slow on 
this point. I thought that Myanmar and Liberia were still using English units.

I would be delighted to remove the "of note" if it is accurate to do so.
