2002-02-05 That "American Predominance" would fade to nothing if the printing industry around the world made a stink about it. And if the Americans refuse to comply, then the world should not buy American software, unless that software is SI friendly. It is just that nobody takes a stand. So, why shouldn't the Americans get away with it?
