I think that Puerto Rico also uses kilometres on their roads.  I know some
mailing addresses contain kilometric references.  If "Km30" appears in the
address, it is suppose to mean that address is 30 km from the town centre.

I can't say if that implies that all roads and autos are metric friendly.
But, you never know.
