I have seen, a few years back, polyethylene bags being used in a small-scale dairy here in Utah. They had too few cows to have a full-blown operation, so they found a milk-processing system used in less-developed countries to pasteurize and bag small quantities of milk (on the order of 200 liters a day, if memory serves). This was before my active metrication days, so I do not not recall asking or noting the size of the bags, but they were certainly in the 2 liter range. Jim Wlell
