You would be wasting your time. Don't be fooled by the name. It is a publication with 'Europe' in the name and published in Europe. But it is a publication from a UK political organisation. Prominent in the organisation is Bill Cash MP (Conservative). The term 'Eurosceptic' is used in Britain and he fits this term very well. I saw him in committee yesterday.
