The March/April "Metric Today" newsletter provides nearly a full page discussion on its front page of this meeting, including the remarks of Henry Oppermann, Ken Butcher, and Chris Guay (Proctor and Gamble). It is quite an interesting article and I strongly recommend it to those who subscribe (as part of their USMA membership).
The newsletter that Gene refers to may be found (in PDF form) at http://ts.nist.gov/ts/htdocs/230/235/w&mquarterly.pdf This link is always the latest OWM quarterly newsletter, so if you wish to save a copy of the present one, you should download it before the next one comes out and is posted. Links are provided on the page above this document for free Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-ins. Then you will be able to read the entire article, referred to by Gene, on page 6 of the file for yourselves.
