My suggestion is that Louis post this same message with links on the BWMA
site.  I think they have a page where you can post comments. I'm sure Han
can help you locate that page.  It will be interesting to see if any of
their type buys your book.

BTW-- Your Euro symbol (?) came through as a circle;e with radiating lines
at 2, 4, 8 and 10 O'clock.
