Yes, first it should accept western civilizations and
then eastern civilizations.

We are sending letters to different countries in 7
languages.
English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, 
Arabic, Chinese & Russian
and it is handled natively in Crystal Reports
through MS-Word OLE object.

At the end of year 2000 only 20 % of the internet
content in languages other than English. Slowly this
will increase.
