Why do we need to worry about those who come after us?  What good will it
do?  They will sink or swim on how they manage their resources, not how we
do it.  If you worry, it will be in vain.  If you plan for your descendants
life, they will undo your plans and make plans of their own and do what they
want to do.  All that you can do is to make sure your needs and the needs of
those alive now are met.  If you waste your time worrying about the future,
life will pass you by.
