With pdf one can always print the paper version and store them as you do now. We do mail some of our newsletters to a very small minority of members who are still internet disadvantaged. Most volunteer organizations have to be very cost conscious unless they have a very rich patron or raise funds through advertising etc. We do run ads in iour newsletter which offsets cost of production. By having an electronic version we are able to reach a much wider audience with incurring extra costs.
