This has been looked into and neither would save either time or money. Since not everyone could receive the electronic version, USMA would need to do both, thus costing extra time and money to duplicate much of the effort. When someone with great ideas for changing things is ready to volunteer to do all the work that the present editor does in preparing Metric Today, let them volunteer. The current editor is overworked but manages to do a fine job in spite of that. We need more people who will do the work and fewer who carp about "how poorly" the real workers are doing it.
