Dear All,
A night or two ago, I watched a documentary on Australian television that
was called 'Johnson Space Centre � the inside story'.
There was a scene where video was used while a trainee astronaut was
'landing' a space shuttle using a very realistic flight simulator. I was
saddened to hear him count down the number of feet that his craft was above
the runway. I have no doubt that this is the direct result of his earlier
training in aircraft.
