Hi Harry

Does she mean that they are selling 10 OZ packs in
India.  It can never be.  They sell in either 250 gm
or 300 gm packs.  People wont buy 10 OZ equivalent.

What does planogram mean.

She is giving a weird reply.  Do respond to her asking
for clarification.
