I did not make the point about two production lines. I was quoting the
text that somebody else (the UK government) wrote. I used quote marks
but these appear not to be noticed by everybody.

This is the second time that text that I quote has been attributed to
me. Two different readers have misunderstood my messages. So I suspect
that there is something wrong with the way that I communicate.

I don't want to stop quoting and I don't want to be misattributed. Does
anybody have any suggestions as to how I can improve this aspect of my
communication?
