I did not make the point about two production lines. I was quoting the text that somebody else (the UK government) wrote. I used quote marks but these appear not to be noticed by everybody. This is the second time that text that I quote has been attributed to me. Two different readers have misunderstood my messages. So I suspect that there is something wrong with the way that I communicate. I don't want to stop quoting and I don't want to be misattributed. Does anybody have any suggestions as to how I can improve this aspect of my communication? -- Terry Simpson Human Factors Consultant [EMAIL PROTECTED] www.connected-systems.com Phone: +44 7850 511794
