Actually, for reasons unknown to me, the EU says that in English the
plural of their cent is still cent. So
1 euro = 100 cent
according to them. I've posted the reference a couple of times, but
don't have it handy at the moment. I do recall that in German the plural
follows the normal language rules. I have noticed that most English
speakers seem to be ignoring this directive.
