Through this message I wish to express my deep appreciation and thanks to Mrs. Valerie Antoine for sending me three numbers of MT of this year, and for publishing my article about French backsliding. Only one correction: I am no professor, just a researcher. I am also going to find out if I can join USMA by paying with a Money Order.
