Hi Brij

Some comments
1. Meter : Since meter already follows the decimal
nature, we need not alter it. By the way, the
distance from pole to the equator is 10,000 km and
earth's circumference is 40,000 km and it is better to
define in terms of length rather than arc angle.

2. Time : Lot of SI units like watt, joule, etc is
defined in terms of second and so changing time will
mean changing every unit. If possible we can use
kiloseconds.
3. Number : The current grouping of 3 is fantastic and
very easy to use and 5 is very big. As far as I know,
Europe is the only continent using milliard,
billiard, etc and the rest of the world uses only
million, billion, etc. If you set mega as 10 power 5,
then we should call 10 power 9 as ten thousand mega (3
words), but now you can just say billion (1 word) and
slowly India is getting rid of lakh & crore concept.

And the calendar can never be touched as earth takes
365 and 1/4 days to complete 1 revolution around the
sun.
The maximum we can do is write date in yyyy-mm-dd
format.
