Try ISO/TC 12 (ISO 31), Quantities and Units.

I have tried the SI Brochure from BIPM. pp. 109-110, but I cannnot find
anything there about the correctness  of notations like  200 X 10 X 35 or
200 mm X 10 mm X 35 mm. I have always used the first form.
