Hello All, This morning I heard two ABC radio news reports about a plan for a new nationwide standard US drivers license. The new license is intended to make it easier for the authorities to match its data with data (including foreign passport data) on potential terrorists.
This could be a golden opportunity to introduce metric height and weight (mass) data. Since foreign passports generally have metric height and weight data, it would make sense for the new national drivers license to have metric data to make comparisons easier. -- Jason
