I have seen waylaid comments about
'ideas if Time reform' and the impossibllity ahead; but I do not yet see a 'dead
end' wherefrom technology builders may have to decide: we go no
further!
Attached along is (a
file 332 Kb) that projects my view point of introducing the
'easiest, surest and cheapest' way to bring about
changes in future Time thinking to reckon time by the Year-Week-Day-Hour and
(decimalised) minutes and seconds; and linked to METRE New, about 111.12% times
metre.
