Did you know that many of the stamps that can be bought at Office Depot (for example) can be modified to stamp in YYYY MMM DD format? (I know, it is not 100% ISO since it has letters for the months but still)
I am talking about those little devices where one can turn some small wheeles in order to set today's date and then stamp documents with words like: RECEIVED 2002 JUL 17 When purchased they have the MMM DD YYYY format but they can be easily dismantled and put in the *right* order. My one is called: 2000 plus micro dater S160. There are some other models from the same manufacturer. Have fun!
