Hi OS:
Things are never discussed with *closed* mind, I agree. But, in openness I 
do not expect to be rediculed as some 'went to the extent of labling me *a 
prpagandist*. So you see, my reaction was natural.
Insisting on a thing that I left a DECADE over does not make me revert to a 
non-existing problem. I have solutions that are scientific
(although I am myself a non-entity - an individual) but I have used the BEST 
possible value I could lay hands. BUT THE PATH IS THERE.
  An open mind can always do some *exercise* and point VIJ, here lies the 
mistake! I shall be too glad to correct.
