2002-08-17 I would think you would have received a more favourable response if it came from a Mr. Berger instead of a Ms. Berger. It may appear that Ms. Berger may not have even consulted the panel, but spoke for the panel on her own behalf. She was politely telling you not to bother her or the NCTM with your metric nonsense ever again.
