You might take more care with your spelling of Canada.
Anyway, take a look at http://www.greyhound.ca -- just as one example of
Canadian use of 24 h format. (There are many others, of course.)
Choose any origin and any destination to see a schedule.
Also, here's a line from one of their pages:
All times are listed in 24hr format (eg 13:00 = 1:00PM).
