The AAT promotes metrication via aatideas updates; however would like Han, Nat, and others to know that the aatideas updates are not spam.

The updates and e-zines feature AAT standards of programming quality described in programs report documents that may be accessed from http://www.aatideas.org/general/breports/index.html via Internet.

The updates and e-zines are designed as a bona fide channel of information about aatideas programs, and are not an effort to overwhelm or inconvenience any electronic communications. Throughout the process of developing and distributing updates and e-zines, the AAT is scrupulous about the use of e-mail and e-mail addresses.

Anyway, the AAT is trying to pursue the promotion of metrication from a number of angles. Acceptance of aatideas programming is voluntary, and interested parties can register comments via the aatideas.org web site.
